Eligible for Return
✓ Returnable Cases
The product arrived damaged, defective, or broken.
You received the wrong item or wrong quantity.
The product is significantly different from its description.
Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.
Not Eligible for Return
✗ Non-Returnable Cases
Return requested after 7 days of delivery.
Used, washed, or damaged items (unless damaged on arrival).
Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
Perishable goods, personal-care, intimate, or hygiene items.
Items marked "non-returnable" or bought on clearance/final sale.
Minor colour variations due to screen settings.
How to Request a Return

Contact us via email with your order ID, the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days and confirms whether it qualifies.

If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or share the return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement is processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Replacements & Cancellations
Where stock allows, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
